The role of the Estimator Bespoke Joinery & Timber Products will involve:

  • Estimator position working with a manufactured range of bespoke joinery & timber doorsets.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for bespoke joinery projects.
  • Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.
  • Obtain supplier quotations and support competitive tender submissions.
  • Work with design, commercial and project teams to deliver successful bids.
  • Maintain pricing records and identify commercial risks and opportunities.

The ideal applicant will be Estimator Bespoke Joinery & Timber Products with:

  • Must have experience as an Estimator working with timber joinery, timber fit-out or related
  • Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications and construction processes.
  • Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate cost plans.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
  • IT Literate particularly excel
