Working closely with Estimators, Contracts Managers and the wider pre-construction team to develop winning submissions. Creating and maintaining high-quality case studies, CVs and bid content. Managing the presentation and design of tender documents to a professional standard. Proofreading and reviewing submissions before issue. Supporting post-tender interview presentations. Developing and maintaining the company's bid library. Capturing client feedback to help improve future submissions. About You You'll ideally have: At least 3 years' experience in a Bid Writer role ideally within the construction industry. Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills. Experience producing winning tender submissions and SQ responses. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. A keen eye for detail and document presentation. The confidence to work independently whilst collaborating with operational teams. What's on Offer? Salary up to 55,000 depending on experience. 3,000 annual car allowance.
