Strong understanding of project management principles and techniques. Experience managing budgets, programmes, contracts, and project resources. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management principles. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Full UK Driving Licence. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Degree, HNC, or HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent). SMSTS certification. CSCS card. Membership of a relevant professional body (ICE, APM, CIOB, etc.). Experience working within the UK water sector or major infrastructure frameworks.
