What we will need from you Comprehensive experience in contract management, commercial operations, or facilities management (essential) ideally within the Sprinkler industry. Experience of a supervisory/management position driving performance improvements, and developing talent (essential) Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and estimating principles. Proficiency in CRM systems, contract management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) (essential) Demonstrated ability to balance client needs with profitability objectives. Experience with negotiation and value proposition development (essential) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
