The Role As Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading commercial management activities across multiple workstreams Administering NEC3 contracts and providing commercial guidance to project stakeholders Managing payment applications, assessments and certifications Leading the management and resolution of compensation events Overseeing change control processes and ensuring accurate commercial reporting Supporting programme delivery through proactive commercial risk management Collaborating closely with project, delivery and client teams to achieve successful outcomes About You The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 8 years' commercial management or quantity surveying experience Strong working knowledge of NEC3 contracts Proven experience in contract administration, payment mechanisms, change management and commercial reporting Demonstrable experience managing payment applications and compensation events Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience within infrastructure, civil engineering, utilities, transportation or other major project environments Sector-specific experience within nuclear or power is not essential.
