Experience across Rail, Highways, Aviation or wider infrastructure would be advantageous. Strong knowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts - including contract mechanisms and compensation events. A good understanding of construction processes and cost management methodologies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex cost and commercial information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently, prioritise workloads and remain effective under pressure. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant discipline . Ideally working towards or holding RICS / MRICS or another relevant professional qualification.
