At Sees Flooring, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated school leaver, college leaver or early-career candidate to join our team as a Trainee Estimator.
This is a genuine career opportunity with structured training, ongoing support and a clear pathway into the construction industry. No previous estimating experience is required we'll teach you everything you need to know.
You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learning how commercial construction projects are priced, planned and delivered, while building valuable skills that can lead to a long-term career within the industry.
What You'll Learn
As part of our Estimating Team, you'll receive hands-on training in:
- Construction and flooring products
- Reading drawings and plans
- Digital measuring and take-offs
- Pricing and quotations
- Supplier and client communication
- Commercial awareness and project costing
- Tender submissions and project administration
Over time, you'll develop the skills needed to progress into a fully-fledged Estimator role.
