We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the delivery team on a major hyperscale data centre development in Northumberland. This is an opportunity to take a senior delivery role on a large-scale, technically complex mission-critical project with a leading international main contractor, overseeing major construction packages from delivery through to commissioning and handover. The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of key elements of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities will include: Taking overall responsibility for the delivery of major construction packages and workstreams. Managing project managers, construction managers, engineers and associated site teams. Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with the construction programme.
