Measure roof dimensions, drainage points, outlets, perimeters, falls, upstands, and penetrations with accuracy. Identify existing build-ups, verify deck condition, and assess requirements for tapered insulation or flat board. Capture photographic evidence and produce clear survey notes to support the design process. Assess risks relating to access, working at height and site constraints.
