Event Marquee Labourer Location: Based at Dunmow warehouse, traveling in company vans to sites across Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire & Kent Hours: Core hours 7:00am - 3:00pm, with regular overtime available Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to assist with the set-up and take-down of marquees for a variety of events. You will be based at our Dunmow warehouse and work as a driver's mate, travelling in company vans to event locations. No driving is required for this role. Key Responsibilities Reporting daily to the Dunmow warehouse Assisting the driver with loading and unloading vans Helping erect and dismantle marquees at client homes and event venues Carrying out manual handling and repetitive heavy lifting as part of a team Representing the company professionally when working on-site with customers Ensuring equipment is handled safely and work areas are kept tidy Requirements Positive attitude and strong work ethic Good customer service skills and a polite, professional manner Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, rain or shine Happy to get hands dirty and work as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and able to get to the Dunmow warehouse each day Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
