Directly supervise Electrical Labourers and provide guidance on safe working practices. Adhere to all health and safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment. Skills and Experience Proven experience in electrical installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance. Strong knowledge of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Essential Qualifications Completed a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship. JIB/ECS Gold Card. City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification. AM2 qualification. Personal Attributes Reliable and self-motivated. Strong communication and organisational skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
