Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Drylining & Interiors
Location: London & South East
Salary: Circa £50,000 + Bonus + Flexible Working

A well-established and growing drylining/interiors contractor is looking to appoint an Estimator / Surveyor to join their commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a couple of years experience within estimating or quantity surveying who is looking to progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business.

The company delivers a range of drylining and interior fit-out projects across London and the South East and has built a strong reputation for quality delivery and long-term client relationships.

The Role:

• Preparing estimates and cost plans for drylining/interiors projects
• Assisting with commercial management of live projects
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents
• Carrying out site visits and attending meetings when required
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Supporting the wider commercial team across multiple projects

Requirements:

• Previous experience within estimating or quantity surveying
• Drylining/interiors experience would be highly advantageous
• Good commercial awareness and communication skills
• Motivated and eager to develop within the industry
• Full UK driving licence preferred
