Chartered membership of RICS, CABE, CIOB, or an equivalent professional body. Strong knowledge of the Building Act 1984, Building Safety Act 2022, and Building Regulations 2010. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and hands-on Site Manager who can take full ownership of plots from groundworks through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations on a large residential development. Take plots from inception through to final handover. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site labour. Ensure all works are carried out in line with programme requirements. Maintain high standards of health & safety across site. Conduct quality inspections and ensure NHBC compliance. Manage site paperwork including RAMS, inductions, permits and progress reporting. Liaise with senior management, technical teams, building control and NHBC inspectors. Drive productivity whilst maintaining quality and safety standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing developments.
