Confidence reading construction drawings and understanding scopes of work. Strong numerical skills, attention to detail and an organised approach. A construction-related degree is preferred; an HNC or HND supported by relevant industry experience will also be considered. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Project. Experience with Causeway Estimating or Bluebeam would be useful but is not essential. An interest in historic buildings and specialist restoration work. Previous conservation experience is advantageous rather than essential. You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to obtain Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) security clearance.
