Description
- Lead and manage commercial processes across multiple projects
- Oversee cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage subcontractor accounts, applications, and final accounts
- Produce and review management accounts and monthly project performance
- Work collaboratively with operational teams and supply chain partners
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring effective mitigation
- Drive cash flow performance and ensure timely payments and valuations
- Ensure compliance with contractual, H&S, and company standards
- Support and develop junior commercial team members
Profile
- Proven experience in a Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor role
- Strong background in managing subcontractors and final accounts
- Solid understanding of commercial reporting, forecasting, and cost control
- Experience working across construction or housing/regeneration projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong leadership capability with a focus on team development
