Labourer

Kind Support is currently recruiting Labourers on behalf of clients across Birmingham.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to assist with a variety of construction, maintenance and site support duties. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for consistent work and long-term career opportunities.

Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assisting tradespeople on site
• Moving materials and equipment
• Site clearance and general labouring duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Following site health and safety procedures
• Supporting day-to-day site operations

Requirements:

• CSCS card desirable but not essential for all positions
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Good communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
• No formal qualifications required for entry-level routes.
