Experience / Qualifications: Experience working as a Legionella Remedial Plumber within a well-established outfit Must hold the NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing Will be qualified with the G3 Unvented ticket Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills Hardworking attitude The Role: Undertaking a range of pre-planned and reactive remedial plumbing duties Tank refurbishments and replacements Deadleg removals Servicing of vented and unvented cylinders Pipework adjustments and replacements Installing and servicing expansion vessels System chlorinations Decommissioning of faulty or reduntant systems Diagnosing faults and making recommendations to clients Completing regular service reports Providing updates to clients Alternative job titles: Legionella Plumber, Water Hygiene Plumber, Plumber, Remedial Engineer, Remedial Technician, Environmental Service Technician.
