COMMERCIAL INTERNAL/EXTERNAL REFURB - 20 WEEK CONTRACT - START JUNE 2026

We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Manchester
Sectors: Commercial
Dayrate: 270 - 290 per day
Duration: 20 week contract

We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for an upcoming commercial internal/external refurbishment for one of our clients on a site in Manchester City Centre, starting in June 2026 for 20 weeks.

Duties as a Freelance Site Manager:

• Oversee internal/external refurbishment of a commercial building including fitout, windows, doors etc
• Work and liaise with client regularly
• Manage and oversee multiple trades and subcontractors on site
• Look after all H&S on site
• Monitor site progress and work alongside PM to ensure project is on track

Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager

• Experience as a Site Manager within commercial
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
