The Estimating Manager is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for construction projects. The role works closely with pre-construction, commercial, and operational teams to help secure new projects and support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications Prepare estimates, cost plans, and tender submissions Obtain and review supplier and subcontractor quotations Carry out site visits when required Attend tender review and project handover meetings Support value engineering and cost-saving opportunities Ensure timely and accurate tender submissions Provide support and guidance to other team members Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Undertake any other duties required to support the business Skills & Experience Experience in a construction estimating role Strong understanding of construction costs and procurement Ability to interpret drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good communication and teamwork skills Competent in Microsoft Office and estimating software If you are interested in this opportunity and feel you are a suitable match, please apply for further information.
