About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience estimating electrical projects within the commercial sector. Experience pricing projects valued between £50k and £1.5m . Proficiency with estimating software, including Trimble Contract Master , along with Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent knowledge of electrical installations, construction methods and materials. Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach and excellent attention to detail. Desirable NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC/ONC or equivalent electrical qualification. Experience working with NICEIC or ECA accredited contractors. Previous involvement in design & build projects and value engineering. Knowledge of JCT and NEC contract frameworks.
