Strong understanding of Management Accounts, WIP reporting, P&L, Cost Centres, Credit Control, and Sales Ledger. Experience working alongside operational and project management teams. Excellent analytical and commercial awareness. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proactive approach with the ability to identify process improvements. Experience using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is desirable but not essential. Qualifications Accounting or Finance qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) is desirable.
