Our well established and reputable firm in the commercial property sector & Based in Stratford E15, are looking for a dedicated (MRICS) Chattered Surveyor to deliver high-quality services in lease advisory, rent reviews, lease renewals, and valuations. We are seeking an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with a strong background in commercial property to join our team. The successful candidate will be well-versed in lease advisory services, valuation, and property surveys, including building pathology and accurate property measurements. Key Responsibilities: Lease Advisory: Provide expert advice on lease renewals, rent reviews, and other lease-related matters, ensuring compliance with current property law and best practices. Valuations: Conduct accurate and professional valuations for a variety of commercial property assets, providing detailed and well-supported reports in line with RICS Valuation Global Standards. Property Surveys: Undertake property surveys that include precise measurements and an understanding of building pathology, assessing structural conditions, identifying defects, and making recommendations. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, offering professional advice and acting in the best interests of the client and the company. Market Analysis: Stay updated with commercial property market trends and economic conditions to provide informed guidance and valuation. Compliance: Ensure all advisory and valuation work complies with RICS standards and all relevant legislation. Required Qualifications and Skills: MRICS Qualification: Must be a full Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Registered Valuer: RICS Registered Valuer status is essential. Experience: Proven experience in commercial lease advisory and valuations, with a strong grasp of the associated processes. Ideally with a minimum of 5 years, post qualification. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly present findings and advice. Technical Knowledge: Proficient with valuation software and property databases. Working Environment: Location: Office-based in Stratford, east London with flexibility for remote work as needed.
