Required Experience The successful Class 3H Registered Building Inspector should have: Current registration with the Building Safety Regulator at Class 3H. Significant experience working on higher-risk or technically complex buildings. Strong knowledge of the Building Act, Building Regulations and Building Safety Act. A relevant qualification in building control, building surveying, construction or a related discipline. Membership of RICS, CABE, CIOB or another recognised professional body.
