The Role The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an established and high-performing commercial team, taking a leading role in overseeing all commercial aspects of a flagship 90m high-rise residential development in the heart of Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to help drive the commercial management of the first live scheme across a multi-billion pound framework. The role will be a key contributor to the commercial delivery, including main contract administration, financial control, forecasting, CVRs, and the procurement and management of the supply chain.
