Groundworker

GROUNDWORKER REQUIRED - HOUSING ASSOCIATION WORK

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our team working on behalf of a Housing Association.

Location: Covering Dartford & Sidcup areas
Pay Rate: 17.50 per hour
Benefits: Company van and fuel card supplied
Full-time position available

Job Duties Include:
General groundwork and external repairs
Slabbing, paving, and concreting repairs
Fencing and kerbing works
Drainage and footpath repairs
Excavation and reinstatement works
Working on occupied and void social housing properties
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Requirements:
Previous groundwork experience essential
Full UK driving licence required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good timekeeping and communication skills
CSCS card preferred but not essential
