Site Manager 27th July Start 3 Week Contract We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate-start contract to oversee the completion of a live roofing project. Due to additional works being added to the programme, our client requires a Site Manager for a further 3 weeks to successfully deliver the remaining works and manage the site through to completion. The Role Oversee the installation of a built-up liquid coating system to a church roof. Manage and supervise a team of 2 to 3 operatives on site. Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with health and safety requirements. Coordinate the successful demobilisation of the site, including the removal of scaffolding, welfare facilities, and all temporary site infrastructure. Maintain site records and liaise with the project team to ensure a smooth project completion. Requirements Proven experience working as a Site Manager on construction projects. Strong health and safety knowledge. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site close-out activities.
