Duties Fabricate custom joinery and cabinetry according to technical drawings and specifications Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment Operate a variety of woodworking machinery safely and efficiently Measure, cut, shape, and finish wood and other materials to precise standards Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet client expectations Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment Assist with other construction-related tasks such as roofing, plumbing, or masonry as required Skills Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, and joinery techniques Proficiency with hand tools such as chisels, saws, planes, and screwdrivers Skilled in the use of power tools including drills, routers, sanders, and saws Strong knowledge of carpentry principles and construction practices Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately Experience with heavy lifting and manual handling safely Excellent attention to detail with a focus on craftsmanship and quality standards Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Working Days IND123
