Our client is a multi-award winning Architectural Practice with over 20 years of nationwide delivery across commercial, healthcare, education and residential sectors. They don't just talk about innovation, they've embedded full BIM processes and virtual reality tools into their everyday workflows. The technology is already there. What they need now is the right person to make the most of it.

The role

As an Architectural Technologist, you'll take ownership of working and technical drawing packages across a genuinely varied project portfolio. You'll bring design solutions to the table, contribute to multi-disciplinary teams, and help maintain the high standard of technical output this practice is known for.

What you'll bring

Essential:

• Degree-level qualification in Architectural Technology (BA or BSc)
• 3 5 years' post-qualification experience in the UK
• Full Revit proficiency - we'll want to see it in your portfolio
• Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
• Solid experience at RIBA stages 4 - 7
• Familiarity with BIM software and processes

Desirable:

• CIAT Chartership (or working towards it)
• Experience with NBS CAWS or NBS Chorus
