Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure effective project delivery. Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Maintain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Review project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and industry standards. Support the successful completion, commissioning, and handover of projects. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and project delivery methodologies. Excellent programme management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, costs, and resources. Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Strong leadership skills with experience managing project teams and subcontractors. Qualifications & Certifications HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. SMSTS certification preferred. CSCS certification preferred. First Aid certification preferred. Personal Attributes Professional and organised approach with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges. Commitment to delivering high standards of safety, quality, and project performance.
