Two competent gangs are required to deliver a high-quality highways scheme through to December 2026. Working Hours Monday to Friday 07 30 Occasional Saturday working 07 00 (full day pay) The Role You will lead a three-man gang on a live highways scheme, operating an excavator up to 8 tonnes whilst managing the day-to-day activities of your team on site. A full-time supervisor is in place to handle paperwork, you just need to build the job.
