Our client is a well-established leader in the commercial interiors and fit-out sector, delivering high-quality bespoke projects across the UK. With decades of industry expertise and a reputation for innovation, quality, and delivery, they are looking to expand their commercial team with the addition of an experienced Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions from drawings and specifications
Managing quantity surveying duties including measurements, valuations, and agreement of work sections
Monitoring project costs, subcontractor variations, and commercial performance throughout project lifecycles
Producing cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding project costs and budgets
Preparing quotations from site measurements and subcontractor pricing
Supporting cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Attending client and site meetings across the UK when required

Requirements:
Previous experience within commercial fit-out, shopfitting, or interiors
Strong understanding of estimating and quantity surveying processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and measurement software/packages
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Commercial awareness with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
