What you'll do: Operational Support the delivery of planned, cyclical and sustainability projects from inception to completion, including programme planning, site inspections, stakeholder engagement and project reporting. Monitor project progress, defects and remedial actions, escalating issues to Project Managers as appropriate. Maintain accurate property, project and compliance records, ensuring servicing information and certification remain up to date. Support the maintenance of Asprey and associated asset management systems, including the validation of stock condition, survey, compliance and completed works data. Work alongside Surveyors and Asset Management colleagues to support property inspections, data assurance, investment planning and regulatory reporting. Assist in the preparation of asset performance information, stock condition analysis and investment recommendations. Customer-focused and willing to take initiative when challenges arise. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Able to manage competing priorities and work to agreed deadlines. What you'll bring: Essential: Evidence of project management, construction, property or related experience. Understanding of the Decent Homes Standard and residential property maintenance requirements. Experience of working with asset management systems, databases or property records. Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Desirable: Professional qualification or working towards a qualification in Project Management, Building Surveying or a related discipline. Experience of working in housing, care and support, or property environments. Experience of working with schedules of rates, specifications or tender documentation. Understanding of landlord compliance, repairs, maintenance and asset management principles. Understanding of stock condition data, lifecycle planning and planned investment programmes.
