Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction. Experience delivering affordable housing or social housing developments. Strong knowledge of traditional and timber frame construction methods. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and competing priorities. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Good commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Competent in Microsoft Office and construction reporting software.
