Key Responsibilities Review utility infrastructure designs and drawings for compliance Oversee legal agreements and legal bonds for adoption processes (e.g., Section 104, Section 38, and Section 278 agreements). Conduct or review site inspection reports, track maintenance periods, and ensure a smooth handover of assets. Qualifications: Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related discipline.
