Architectural Technologist

An Architectural Technologist job is available in South West London working on high-end residential and hospitality projects across the UK and overseas. This role is suited to a Architectural Technologist with strong experience across RIBA Stages 4 and 5, delivering coordinated construction information, technical detailing and site-based support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Deliver technical packages across RIBA Stages 4 and 5
• Prepare tender and construction documentation
• Coordinate consultant information during technical stages
• Produce Building Regulations documentation
• Review contractor and supplier drawings
• Undertake regular site inspections
• Support technical detailing and material specifications
• Work across residential and hospitality projects

• Minimum five years post qualification experience
• CIAT accredited qualification
• Luxury residential or hospitality sector experience essential
• Strong technical drawing and specification experience
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Experience coordinating consultant information
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Vectorworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 dependent on experience
• 21 days holiday increasing to 25 with service
