Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced ADT Operator who also holds a valid Forward Tipping Dumper qualification to join a major infrastructure project on the Lower Thames Crossing in Tilbury, RM18. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on one of the UK's largest civil engineering projects. Role & Responsibilities: Safely operate an Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) and Forward Tipping Dumper. Transport excavated materials, aggregates and spoil across the site. Load, move and tip materials efficiently while following site instructions. Carry out daily machine inspections and report any defects immediately. Work closely with site management and plant operatives to maintain productivity. Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures at all times. Maintain safe working practices around pedestrians, vehicles and other plant. Assist with general site operations when required. Requirements: Valid CPCS or NPORS ADT qualification. Valid Forward Tipping Dumper qualification. Previous experience operating both machines on large civil engineering projects. Strong understanding of site safety procedures. Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team. PPE required.
