Pipefitter Supervisor

Straight-line are looking for an experienced Pipeftter Supervisor to oversee a commercial pipework project in Reading.

This role is focused on managing site teams, coordinating works, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard. This is a supervisory role only and does not involve hands-on installation work.

Site Supervision

• Supervise pipework teams and subcontractors on site
• Organise daily work activities and labour allocation
• Monitor progress and ensure work stays on schedule
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades

Experience

• Previous experience supervising commercial pipework installations
• Strong mechanical services background within commercial or industrial projects

Qualifications

• Mechanical or pipework trade background preferred
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• CSCS Supervisor Card
• First Aid qualification desirable

Pay: £250.00 - £300.00 per day
