As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities by leading all pre-construction activities from initial enquiry through to contract award and project handover. You will be responsible for coordinating technical, commercial and operational inputs to develop winning tender submissions whilst ensuring project risks, methodologies and programme requirements are fully understood and addressed. About the requirements: To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold proven experience in operating at the Preconstruction Management level whilst working for an enabling works subcontractor in the UK which undertakes demolition, substructure and superstructure works. You must hold a strong understanding of tendering and bid management processes and be experienced in reviewing technical specifications, designs and project documentation. About the benefits and rewards: For this permanent opportunity, my client is targeting professionals who are looking to earn anywhere from £90,000 to £110,000 per annum however, there may be flexibility on this as the specific salary will depend on experience and suitability.
