A fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading design and build contractor specialising in multi-storey car park construction projects across the UK and Europe. This is a varied role offering long-term progression, specialist training, and the opportunity to work on complex construction schemes within a growing international business.

This contractor is a recognised leader within the multi-storey car park market, delivering modern and systemised parking facilities for clients across the UK and Europe. With a strong track record and hundreds of successfully completed projects, the business continues to expand and is now looking to strengthen its commercial team with the addition of a Quantity Surveyor.
The role will involve managing commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final accounts. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and site teams while supporting the financial performance of projects through accurate reporting and cost management.
The ideal candidate will have Quantity Surveying experience within construction and strong knowledge of JCT contracts. You'll be commercially aware, organised, and motivated to develop your career within a specialist contractor environment.

The Role - Responsibilities
Managing commercial aspects of construction projects
Preparing valuations, applications, CVRs, and cost forecasts
Managing subcontractor procurement, variations, and final accounts
Identifying and valuing client variations and change requests
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams throughout project delivery
The Person - Requirements
Quantity Surveying experience within construction
Knowledge and experience working with JCT contracts
Strong commercial and contractual awareness
Organised with good communication skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
