Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Infrastructure (Sellafield) Location: Sellafield, Cumbria Salary: circa 65-75,000 + package Job Type: Permanent TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor. This is a key commercial role within the project team, responsible for managing costs and contractual matters across complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account Administer NEC contracts, including compensation events and change management Monitor project costs, forecasts and reporting Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and accounts Identify risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives Support commercial strategy and stakeholder engagement Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor within civils or infrastructure Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management processes Experience on major projects or regulated environments Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills To apply or find out more, contact Leon at TRIbuild Solutions.
