Experience / Qualifications: Experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer within a well-established outfit Ideally will have training / qualifications within the industry (i.e. Cleans & Disinfections, TMV servicing, Sampling etc) Good understanding of HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines Strong communication skills Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills Experience working across a diverse portfolio of sites The Role: Undertaking pre-planned ACOP L8 compliance duties across commercial, healthcare and local authority sites Cleans and disinfections on cold water storage tanks Cooling tower cleans and disinfections TMV servicing and failsafe checks CLO2 testing Tank inspections Showerhead and outlet descales Water sampling and temperature monitoring Producing regular service reports Maintaining high standards of service Alternative job titles: Water Treatment Engineer, Water Management Engineer, Legionella Operative, Legionella Technician, Water Hygiene Operative, Environmental Service Technician.
