Salary: 36,000 - 40,000

Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor include:
Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across a range of property types
Ensure all work is carried out in line with HSG264 and UKAS guidelines
Collect bulk samples and accurately record site findings
Produce clear and detailed survey reports
Maintain strong health and safety standards on site
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Skills and experience for the role of Asbestos Surveyor:
BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)
Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor within the UK
Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and HSE guidance
Good IT skills and experience producing reports
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
