Project Manager (Contract) Façade Remediation Projects

£400 £450 per day (Ltd Company, Outside IR35)

Based within an hour of Derby

6 Month Contract

The Opportunity

We re partnering with a growing specialist contractor in passive fire protection, delivering complex remediation programmes across high-rise residential and commercial buildings.

This role is suited to a senior-level Project Manager who can take ownership not just of delivery but of strategy, client relationships, and commercial performance.

What You ll Be Doing

• Leading projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Acting as the technical authority, shaping solutions and challenging design where needed
• Managing commercial performance (costs, margins, risk)
• Building strong relationships with Tier 1 contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Navigating BSR approvals, compliance, and regulatory processes
• Overseeing multiple projects and guiding delivery teams
• Driving best practice across planning, QA, and reporting

The Work

• High-rise remediation schemes ( £1M+)
• Façade and passive fire protection projects
• Complex stakeholder environments (contractors, fire engineers, QS teams)

What We re Looking For

• Strong track record delivering construction projects end-to-end
• Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and complex stakeholders
• Commercially astute with strong cost control experience
• Confident leading technical conversations and defending solutions
• Experience with JCT contracts and regulatory approvals (BSR)
• Background in façade / fire remediation (highly desirable)
