Are you a qualified carpenter with supervisory experience of fire door assessment, maintenance and installation within a commercial setting? Our client is recruiting a new Lead Fire Door Technician in London due to rapid expansion. You will be working on mixed commercial clients including commercial buildings, hospitality organisations and the NHS sites within central London. The Role You will be responsible for delivering fire door installation, maintenance, remediation and fire stopping works to a consistently high standard. An established property services contractor is looking for an experienced Building Fabric Technician to join their growing team working in and around Crawley. This is a permanent role offering stability, varied work and the opportunity to work across a long-term maintenance and facilities management contract.
