What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in a Hard Services Facilities Management position. Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) building services. Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and maintenance teams. Sound understanding of statutory compliance requirements, including Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Water Hygiene, and Building Compliance. Experience managing PPM schedules, reactive maintenance activities, and service contracts. Strong budget management and commercial awareness. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office applications. The ability to prioritise workloads, manage multiple projects, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
