We are currently seeking a reliable and organised CSCS Site Administrator to support a busy construction site team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced site environment and supporting operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing site documentation and filing systems
- Booking workers onto site and maintaining attendance records
- Processing timesheets and updating trackers
- Coordinating inductions and ensuring compliance paperwork is completed
- Supporting site management with general administration duties
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Maintaining accurate records for audits and reporting
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous administration experience within construction or site environments preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- Professional and proactive approach
