The Role: Managing the safe movement of plant, delivery vehicles, and pedestrians on and around the site. Acting as the primary point of contact at the site entrance for all deliveries. Ensuring all drivers adhere to site speed limits and safety protocols. Communicating effectively with plant operators (Telehandlers/Crane drivers) via radio or hand signals. Maintaining a clear and safe site entrance and ensuring no mud or debris is left on public highways. Assisting with site security by checking credentials and ensuring all visitors are signed in. Requirements: Valid Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman certificate. Valid CSCS card. Previous experience on commercial or high-volume construction sites.
