An established specialist within the smoke control and life safety sector is looking to appoint a Smoke Control Service Engineer to support a growing portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments across London and the South East. The business designs, installs and maintains a range of smoke ventilation systems, delivering compliant life safety solutions for high-rise and multi-occupancy buildings. This is a field-based role focused on planned maintenance, fault finding, testing and remedial works across smoke control systems. Engineers will work on AOV systems, smoke shafts, stair pressurisation systems, smoke extract fans, dampers and associated controls, ensuring systems remain fully operational and compliant with current regulations. The position would suit an engineer with experience in smoke ventilation, HVAC controls, BMS, fire systems or specialist ventilation environments.
