Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications accurately. Experience using estimating and measurement software. Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Able to manage multiple tenders and work to tight deadlines. Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction or similar would be desirable.
