Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects from inception to completion. Demonstrate strong leadership, Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, strong collaboration, and optimal performance. Contributes to business improvement by performing a safety audit at least once a month. Project cost control and financial reporting. Monitors incident and near-miss reporting across PM's sites, fostering a safety-first culture. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations, maintaining high standards across all projects. Offer mentoring and advice to direct reports on project problems, risks, and opportunities. Prepare and present progress reports and other documentation for senior management and clients. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, maintaining positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Skills and Experience: 5+ years in management within mixed mechanical, electrical and civil roles. Record in delivering large, complex 10m- 50m projects. Proven experience as a Site Manager in a mixed mechanical, electrical and civil job. Strong understanding of civil engineering practices and project delivery. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and priorities. Full understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
